Following the refusal of planning permission for “Construction of 2 new dwellings to the rear of No. 41 to include 4 parking spaces” in Fanshawe Street, the applicant has lodged an appeal with The Planning Inspectorate.
In response we have written to The Inspectorate to reaffirm our position on this proposal.
