Launched in April, the Bengeo Front Gardens Facebook Group has already grown to over 130 members. People have been sharing beautiful photos of plants, pollinators, and wildlife spotted in their front gardens, along with tips from the Herts & Middlesex Wildlife Trust and updates on local gardens open through the National Garden Scheme.
Recently, the group invited members to submit children’s artwork inspired by anything spotted in a Bengeo front garden. These creations will be shared at a community event on the afternoon of 12th October at Bengeo Parish Church Hall. Children are also welcome to bring their original artwork to display on the day, which will celebrate all things garden, plant, and wildlife.
